**Objects:** (1) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN TORRIDGE AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY HOLDING EXHIBITIONS AND CLASSES OF BREEDING AND OTHER STOCK, AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS AND SUCH OTHER CLASSES, DISPLAYS AND EXHIBITIONS CONNECTED WITH AGRICULTURE AND THE SHOW AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES.(2) TO MAKE SUCH GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO SUCH REGISTERED CHARITIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The main activity is to organise an agricultural Show every year, on the last Monday of July. The show works hard to retain it's agricultural roots, and attract local support, as well as educate and inform those with less countryside knowledge.
