**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 6 TO 19 YEARS LIVING IN THE TEES VALLEY IN THE SUBJECT OF MUSIC AND THE PLAYING OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

**Activities:** We raise money by putting musical events on at a local venue. The money raised is for those young people less fortunateand in difficult circumstances to be able to get involved in music. To date we have donated instruments, paid for music lessons and donated to musical events involving young people that have challenging circumstances This has a small family run charity.
