Aid4Action supports the Khursheed Model High School in Pakistan (run by the Al Khidmat Foundation, a Pakistan registered charity) which provides free and subsidised education. In addition, a School for Street Children has been established. The school premises also hosts a Maternity Clinic, similarly with free or subsidised care, and this, too, is supported by Aid4Action. Aid4Action has also established a Uniform Factory, employing the mothers of students attending the school, has further helped local activities with all profits supporting the school. Additionally, women’s and children’s clothes regularly collected in the UK and shipped to deprived communities in Pakistan. Para 1.20 | Aid4Action has enabled children to access free education that they would otherwise have gone without. This has empowered them and improved their life opportunities for the future. The medical well-being of local women has also been improved as well as the general quality of life. Employment projects have improved the self-esteem of women as well as improving their financial circumstances. Orphans and poor young women have been able to get married, lifting a huge burden from their families. Water Wells (hand-pumps, mechanical pumps and solar-submersible pumps) have brought fresh water to communities that have relied on physically carrying water long distances, which was often of a very poor and sometimes hazardous standard. Rickshaws, sewing machines and farm animals have been provided to support self- employment. Emergency food aid and clothing has also been distributed to those in need. |

Independent Examiner's report on the Accounts of Aid4Action
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 5[th ] April 2024.
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The Charity Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the Financial Accounts. The Charity's Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is our responsibility to:

Examine the Accounts (under section 145 of the 2011 Act;

Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act, and
-
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of opinion
My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the Accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the Accounts and seeking explanations from the Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently we do not express an audit opinion on the Accounts whether the Accounts present a "True and Fair view" and the report is limited to those matters set out in the next statement.
Independent Examiner's statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
(1) Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the Trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that: - Proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with section 41 of the Act); or
- Accounts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Act; or
(2) To which, in our opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached .
