I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust") for the year ended 31103 12021.
Responsibilities and As the Charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Ad and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(51{b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with

The Objects of the CIO are-_ Ihe advan￿ment of the Orthodox Christian
faith and life, according to the teaching and practice of the Orthodox
Christian Church as maintained by the Greek Orthodox
Patriarchate of Antioch and all the East of which it is part, and,
additionally. the CIO will advance education and carry out any other such
charilable purposes in the Uniled Kingdom andlor other parts of the world
as may be for the benefit of ils members andlor the public generally.

1. Facilitating due care and diligence in the parishes of the Archdiocese
in relation lo pasloral care, safeguarding and financial probity among ils

archdiocesan workers and the parishes of the Archdiocese., spiritually, in
education, providing public benefit and in good works beneficial to local

requirements to fulfil these goals and aGtivities.
