MTB Youth Coaching

• 8 groups ranging from Green to Black

• Core skills and grass roots training Green – Red+

• Additional Red intermediate group

• Strength conditioning, advanced skills and race preparation. Black

• New kit issued to coaches and on sale to members

• ‘Big Weekend’ was another success with 40+ riders in attendance

BMX Youth Coaching

• 2 sessions a week – Monday & Thursday

• Racing – regional (74 riders)

• Todd and Stephen Notman (Team GB)
