To help young people anywhere in the world impacted by poverty or conflict by providing directly, or through local authorities, voluntary and other organisations, especially but not exclusively: 

- Leadership Development and Life Skills Programmes.

Teaching, Facilitation and Coaching Projects, Grants and Sponsorship. 

Micro-financing of small business projects, community and sporting projects. 

So as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society. 

Our original application for charitable status stated: 

_We run leadership/life skills programmes using sport (rugby, football and cricket) as the vehicle for the learning and development process. We invite volunteers to support the projects and we base our work on local organisations - schools, church, other NGOs - to help with logistics and to ensure lasting impact. In each country we are building a cohort of coaches and facilitators to assist and, eventually, run the programmes._
