**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 6 AND 18 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THEPROVISION OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR TUITION IN SUBJECTS SUCH AS MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH AND SCIENCE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES AND UNDERSTANDING THROUGH INTERVENTIONS SUCH ASMENTORING.

**Activities:** The Aspire Academy & Tuition is set up to provide Supplementary Education and training for the public benefit and the advancement of education of children and young people aged between 6 and 18 years, are residents in the London borough of Ealing and boroughs throughout England, by the provision of extra-curricular tuition in subjects such as English, mathematics, science and ESOL development.
