Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation ofthe accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011. I report in respect of my examination ofthe charL￿S accounts carried out under sectiun 145 of the Charities Act 2011. and in carrying ouf my examination, I have followed the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission. Independent examiner's statement I have examined the accounts of Lipodystrophy UK for the yearended OCL 2024, which comprise a receipts and payments account and a statement of assets and Ilabfilltles. My examination was carried out in accordance with the Charity Commission's guidance on independent examination. An examinatiun inLludes a review ofthe accounting records kLpt by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
