Responsibilitie5 and basis ol report As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011. I report in respect of my examination of the chariry's accounts carried out under section 145 uf the Charities ALt 2011, and in carrying out my examinafion, I have followed the applicable directions given by the Charity Cornmission. Independent examiner's statement I have examined the accounts of Llpodystrophy UK for the yearended Oct 2023, which Lomprise a receipts and payments account and a statement of assets and Ilablllties. My examination was carried out in accordance with the Charity Commission's guidance on independent examination. An examination includes a review ofthe accounting records kept by the charity and a Lomparison of the accounts presented with those records.
