To relieve the needs of children and young people aged 0-25 yrs in Surrey & surrounding areas with disabilities &/or additional needs, including their parents, families & carers & to assist in improving their quality of life & promoting their inclusion in their local communities & to help and support them to reach their full individuals & members of society for the public benefit.

Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Children And Young People Aged 0-25 Years In Surrey And Surrounding Areas With Disabilities And/or Additional Needs, Including Their Parents, Families And Carers And To Assist In Improving Their Quality Of Life And Promoting Their Inclusion In Their Local Communities And To Help And Support Them To Reach Their Full Potential As Individuals And Members Of Society For The Public Benefit By; A) Facilitating Effective Dialogue And Communication Between Children And Young People And Their Parents, Families, And Carers And Health, Education, Disability And Social Care Service Commissioners And Service Providers; B) Working In Partnership To Inform, Shape And Monitor The Development Of Local Services So That They Continually Improve And Enhance The Experience And Life Opportunities For Such Children And Young People, And Their Parents, Families And Carers;c) Promoting And Implementing Co-Production In Decision Making And Planning For Future Service Provision, So That The Children And Young People, And Their Parents, Families And Carers Are At The Centre Of Improvements In Services.
