The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Manchester And The Surrounding Area In The Interest Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants;provided That In Either Case That Persons Of The Jewish Faith Cannot Be Excluded By Reason Of Their Faith Or Ethnicity From Any Such Club Or Facilities; And3. Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes In Keeping With The Jewish Faith As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
