Thi% was due to inLrea%ed funded hour.%, Laieful L04t management. and SULLes.%ful fundrai4ing events. All
out%tanding debt% were cleared. and a minor HMRC tine wa% resolved. Siaffing cost% were reviewed. and
salaries iIpdaled in line with national miniimuin wage increases. Discussions around fee increases were held bul
ultimaicly paused. with con¢iniicd Ini)nitoring planned for the next rcvicw ¢ycl¢.

The year's fundraising efforts wti'e strong. with the Chrtstmas Shopping Evening and Suinnier Fair raising over
£3,50U Lombined. We also reLeived a £400 donation froin the ￿.,1. which funded a theatre trip for familits.
Despite a few challenges, 2023124 was a strong and heartening year for Little Oaks. With a conrnitted staff
team. a supportive and proactive eoniinirtee. and renewed community engagement. Little Oaks Nursery is
