## **Covid – 19**

Still an issue in the shed, there is an obvious low attendance to the shed from some of our members.

## **Stewart and Terry’s combined donations**

Stewart and Terry were asked by Alan W to put together a garden bench, he supplied the timber, cast iron ends, and a steel grandchildren name plaque. For this he donated £100 minus the stainless-steel hardware we purchased.

They also made Maurice’ s ramp and arranged delivery of a mobility scooter to his house and raised £90. Finally, they made a cover for Lyn’s tumble drier, and raised £10.

## **Terry’s donations**

Terry put together a child’s cast iron Chair, Bench, and Table for his neighbour, and restored a vintage valve radio, and raised £80.

## **Stewart’s donations**

Stewart made a tombola, chair leg replacement, and a volleyball trolly repair, and raised £50.

## **Andy’ donations**

Made a couple of bonsai table and raised £40.

## **Subscriptions**

14 full time subscriptions received and two-part year subscriptions.

## **Rent**

We have not been asked for this or last year’s rent of a pound per year despite requesting this from Rob Frier the Meridian Centres manager, he said he would look into this, but nothing heard as yet.

## **Public liability insurance**

I have paid for another year of public liability insurance cover this year has gone up by a staggering amount £229.00 this was only £95.48 last year.

## **Banking**

We continue to bank with Santander and the card holders remain with Stewart, Frank, and myself.

## **Charity finance report**

We submitted our finance reports, for 2020 -2021 so we are currently up to date. I will get the finance report ready to submit to the charity commission, I currently have ten months to do so.
