To promote the advancement of amateur athletics for the benefit of the inhabitants of Woodford Green and the surrounding areas by the provision of facilities. To promote community participation in healthy recreation. To assist those in need of who cannot participate in amateur athletics by reason of youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.

Objects: (1) To Promote The Advancement Of Amateur Athletics For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Woodford Greenand The Surrounding Areas (The 'Area Of Benefit') By The Provision Of Facilities;(2) To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Ofbenefit By The Provision Of Facilities For Athletics;(3) To Assist Those In Need Who Cannot Participate In Amateur Athletics By Reason Of Their Youth, Age,infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstance;(4) For The Public Benefit, To Advance Education In Athletics By:(a) The Development Of Coaches, Officials And Volunteers; And(b) By Organising Publicity, Events And Exhibitions.
