TAR March 2012 Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe Gharity during the year The school was founded in 1950 and this year we were able to celebrate . our 75 anniversary. To commemorate this milestone a series of events were planned which We￿ held thought the year. In the autumn tern selected guests were invited to a celebratory Mass I followed by a semi fomial event held at the Church Hall. Guests induded dignilanes. representatsves from the Embassy, Educational Society, headteachers from other schools. past pupils and slaff, people who have had links wilh the s¢h¢JoI over the many decades as well as well as selected parents vthose children were pupils for many years. Among the speeches there w8re congratulatory messages from the rector of the Polish Catholic Mission, a Papal theologian and PolarKI's First Lady Agata Komhauser Duda. The serx)nd formal event was held at the school in March 2025. A School Standard was purchased and blessed for Ihis occasion. A special display was created showing the history of Ihe school". a specjal perfomiance was laid on in which pupils of all ages from across the school were encouraged to take part. The theme was a 'Tour of Poland, outlining key events in the history of the country. Other activities induded 2D and 3D art competitions, a childrens entertain￿nt show and a summer fete. A Comrremorative School Annual was prepared and distributed lo all tha families as a record of the anniversary year. This acadernic year there were 295 registered pupils and 31 teachers.
