The reserves that we have set aside provide financial stability and the Brief statement of the means for the development of our principal activities. We intend to charity’s policy on reserves maintain our reserves at a level which is at least equivalent to £1000 which will enable us to produce a pantomime and and put on several street theatre performances. The Board regularly reviews the amount of reserves that are required to ensure that they are adequate to fulfil our continuing obligations.
