**Objects:** The objects ('objects') of the cio for the public benefit and in accordance with christian principles are to relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health and education (a) of children and young people in uganda by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind in such parts of uganda or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit and (b) of disadvantaged young people, and those who are marginalised, vulnerable and socially disconnected in the united kingdom,to advance in life and relieve needs particularly but not exclusively by the provision of training, resources and mentoring which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

**Activities:** In Uganda we provide financial support to children and young adults to access education, medical provision and in the UK we work to benefit adults with a history of addiction, crime or mental health issues,to provide paid work based opportunities to promote self esteem and self confidence.
