**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF OVERSTONE IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF A RECREATION GROUND FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We manage and maintain a village playing field; approx. 2 acres mainly laid to grass, used for ball games and other outdoor activities. Some play equipment, seating, trees and shrubs etc.
