Volunteers
We want to thank the team of volunteers that helped us during the whole year
because without them, we would have done very little work. Special thanks to
all the volunteers who are still offering their services to support the delivery of
our different projects and who are always available at short notice.
We will forever be grateful to you and hope we continue workin8 With you
long into the future.
Overseas outreach
We have registered Citizen Outreach in Kenya, Sierra Leone and Cameroon.
Our pilot Homeless project for which we received a small grant last year from
The Eleanor Rathbone charitable Trust has now ended. We want to thank the
trust immensely for the support.

Statement of Financial Activities Finandal Review
Like all small charities, getting funding for projects in the present financial
climate remains the biggest challenge we face.
However, we recognize the present cost of living still affects the most
vulnerable people in society and we work round the clock to provide the
services and support we get to reduce the daily challenges they face.
That is why the two projects we are presently delivering (Energy savings advice
and Windrush awareness campaign) are being delivered to communities facing
disproportionally from the cost of Living crisis.
ReseNe Pollcy
We have a fit for purpose reserve policy that has set aside at least £5000 to
protect our charity from sudden drops in income and also help us take
advantage of any new opportunities that may arise. Our present unrestricted
funding is £9000 Our trustees decided our reserves can be spent on any of our
aims. Our reserve policy wlll be reviewed annually. Our reserves can cover
continuity, restructuring fund, and dissolution
