|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|The Director, Rev’d Nicola Teverson, and<br>Trustee David Laing visited the site in<br>October 2022. The Managers House and<br>Orphanage is now complete. We<br>commissioned the local Njombe carpenter<br>to make beds, wooden kitchens, tables etc.<br>The gardens have been cleared by the<br>local church volunteers. A local painter and<br>decorator have completed the decorating.<br>We paid for two Tanzanian Anglican<br>Sisters to be trained at Dodoma College in<br>Child Care in preparation for the children<br>arriving. As I write we are leaving for<br>Tanzania on Friday to complete the<br>licensing documentation so we can be<br>allocated a Social Worker and start to<br>welcome children early next year.|
