**Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** 

The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit amongst street children in the Diocese of Njombe, South West Tanganyika, Tanzania, between the ages of 0 to 18 who are socially excluded by providing them with an opportunity to build capacity by establishing and growing an orphanage to relieve the needs of those children and assist them integrate into society through activities listed below. The promotion for the benefit of the public of rural regeneration in the in the area of Njombe by means outlined in the constitution.

1. providing a place of safe accommodation and upbringing for the street children. 2. Providing physical and emotional support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to improve their condition of life and enable them to participate in society; 3. The provision of facilities for education at the orphanage and at any other local schools or collages that the charity trustees think fit.

All Trustees have signed a job description confirming and complying to a statement with regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. The trustee’s commitment to this to be reviewed on a 2 yearly basis

Due to Covid-19 the building hasn’t been completed.  Due to covid restrictions we are unable to pursue any form of travel and physical assessment and in-house training. 

The Charity Director, Nicky Teverson is hoping to visit Njombe in April 2022 to oversee the completion of the build and project.
