**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG ELDERLY PERSONS WHO ARE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER IN EMPLOYMENT, THEY ARE RESTRICTED DUE TO MOBILITY OR LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS OR HAVE LOWER LEVELS OF INCOME, IN THE AREA OF NORTH MANCHESTER BY THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND OUTINGS AND BY HAVING A VENUE WHERE THEY CAN MEET TO ACCESS INFORMATION AND ADVICE, DEVELOP FRIENDSHIPS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** Our local volunteers, provide opportunities for North Manchester Residents who may suffer from social isolation, to enjoy & meet up & visit seaside resorts to places of interest and other popular spots around the North West, within a couple of hours coach drive. 4 Trips a year.We have Trustees and Committee Members who meet up at regular meetings, held at chairman's home address Whitemoss closed
