- learning training and education on implementation 

- Establishing mechanisms, structures and networks that facilitate connections and share learning between those working in the field 

- Supporting the development of the evidence base on effective implementation of services to people 

- And  Supporting the mobilisation and application of implementation evidence and knowledge in policy and in practice in other appropriate ways 

- Where:  Implementation refers to the process of putting a service, a policy, or a set of practices into application so that it achieves its intended outcomes to provide socially significant benefits to individuals and society 

- Implementation science is the systematic study and testing of implementation processes and innovations in order to increase knowledge about what is effective 

- And  Implementation practice is how we use that knowledge in the design and delivery of services for the public benefit on the ground 

Our activities in this period were limited by reduced capacity. However, the board was reconfigured and established with new Trustees taking up their role in the immediately following period from April 2024. 

Initial planning and agreement to support the European Implementation Event of 2025 was made during this period.

The CIO has spent this period seeking to restore itself to a fully **Summary of the main** functioning Board and revised administrative arrangements as the **achievements of the charity** previous administrator left. The planning process for a new Board took **during the year** time and is now in place. External work has been reduced during the period given a lack of capacity
