**Objects:** 5. OBJECTS5.1 The objects for which the Charity is established (“the Objects”) are5.1.1 The advancement of education in the United Kingdom for the public benefit for relevant students:(i) by providing educational services of all types both within schools of all types and at home for relevant students;(ii) by training teachers and educationalists in the range of skills and techniques required to teach relevant students;5.1.2 To advance such other charitable purposes (according to the laws of England and Wales) as the Trustees see fit from time to time which advance education for the public benefit in the field of special educational needs.5.2 In this article and the expressions‘relevant students’ means children with special educational needs between the ages of 8 and 19; and‘special educational needs’ has the meaning given to it by section 20 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.

**Activities:** The Southover Partnership provides education for children on the autistic spectrum and those with social, emotional and mental health needs. We are a special school for secondary aged pupils, an outreach service that provides support in school for children from 4-19 who have special needs and a home tuition service for children who are unable to attend their own school because of complex needs.
