Connecting Generations was established and entered on the Register of Charities on 18 October
2017.
The objects of the charity are:
For the publlc benefit to promote leaming for pleasure for elderly people through the
Continued development of their individual capabilltles, competences. skllls and
understsndin8 of educational value such as the use of modern technologie5.
The promotion of soclal Inclusion for the publlc benefit by preventing people from becomlng
socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting
them to integrate Into society.
Connectlng Generatlons has continued Its artivitie5 durin8 the 202V22 academic year on a very
reduced basis due to Covid restrictions and campus dosure. However. student volunteers have
continued to help the twstees plan for a resumption of activities for the start of the 2022123
academic year.
