berthed at Wappenshall when the wolk is finish￿. Und&r the conditions of the grant you have deemedus worthy ol
will be used in ShrDpshire.

After making appropriate enquires, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the company has adeqLtate
resources to continue in operational e￿$ter1¢e lor the foresee8ble future. For thls rea8c￿, they continue lo adopt the
going concern basis in preparing the financial stalernenls. Further details regarding the adoption of the going
con￿rn basis csn te found in the acwunting policie5.
Reserves policy
The money was put into the Wynn Foundation as a p6rpelu81 fund. We anticipate distributing be￿en £40,000 and
£80,000 per annum, mainty using Interest received from the investment ol the majority of the initial funds invested of
£750,000. The funds have been responsibly invested lo e8m interest for this purpose and thu8 keep the charity
going in perpetuity. The Ch￿ty'S poli¢y is to hold a minimum of £40.000 as a reserve al all times.

Meetings are held once a quarter, being a tolol of four me&tings a year and an AGM. Meetings are held to di8CJJSS
all aspects of Ihe Wynn Foundation's requirements.
Grant applications are distribute¢J lo the members on re￿IPt, they then researth and foll¢)w up on applications, and
present their findin9s at e￿h quarterly meeting. The Tru$lee$ discuss the applications 8nd make a deosion about
the awarding of a granl to organisations who have applied.
Agendas and minutes will be create(I, disseminated lo all intereslod parties and slor&Y securely to provide a full
aco)unl and rewrd of the meetings.
New Trustees are inducted into Ihe worknngs of the Charity, including pollcles and procedures. and provKJed with
appropriate supporting infL¥malion.

The finanual slalemenls have been prepared in awordance with th8 Foundation's Memorandum and Artides
of Assoclallon. the Companies Act 2006 and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Stslement of
Recommended Practice applicaWe to charities preparing their accounts in accordance wth the Financial
Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 leffectlve 1 January 20191" The
FoLmdation 1$ o Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
The Foundaliw has taken advantage of the provigons in the SORP for charities apptying FRS 102 Update

The Foundatson has elected to apply the provisions of Section 11 'Ba8ic Finanaal Instruments, and Section 12
'Other Financial Instruments Issues, of FRS 102 to all of 115 financial instruments.
Financial instruments are reeognised in th8 FouThJ8t(on's balance sheet when the FouNtstion becomes P8(ty
to the contractual provisions ol the inslnjment.
Flnancial assets and liabil￿8$ are offset. wlth the nel amolmts presented in the finand81 statements, when
there is a legally enforceable fight to sel off the r8cognised amounts and there is an intenb'on to setme on a rel
basis or to realise the a&8et and settle the liab￿ty simultaneously.
