All three events have been exceprionally successful, achieving r¢¢ord-breaking attendaryce and engagement. The trdnsition of the student rdffle to a digital forniai ha5 also been a re50unding suc¢ess. This change has eliminated printing costs. provided valuable dat2 for tracking student participation, and 5UPPOrted our eco- friendly initiatives. The purchase of additional card machin¢s has iDcwed card paynents, thereby minimizing cash transactions. FUTURE PLANS In 2025-2026, we will colltinue with a siinilar mod¢l to the prrvious ye. We will hold three main annual events.. Butns Night, the Sumn[ Arts Festival and Taste of the World event_ The QMA will also asstst the school's annual Sports Award5 c¢remorLy event and th¢ Alumni annual dinner. We will also contitlue to eucourage par¢rAts to uti12sc 'Easy Fundraising, to raise funds. All QMA raffles will now be done digitally. Additionally, we also p12n lo iefre$h our pool of parent volunteer5 by recruit2ng parents from more recent cohort. W¢ will con(inue to monilor and review activities wid make amendjndits to the QfvtA as required for further development. Tli¢re was a surplus on activittes of £19,052. Allowing for donations agreed of £15,800 there was a surplus for the year of £3,252. The income was raised from donations received and the activitie5 carried OUL by the Charity during the year. ThE charity mov¢5 into 202512026 with unrestricted fun(ts of £12,231. Reserves Policy and Fund5 IUnre$trleted) The reserves policy has bccn forniulated by the Trustees in line with recommendation of thc Chariry Commission of England and Wales. The basic Qltn 18 to maintain free rescrv¢s in unrestrietcd fiind5 at a level which allows it to provide working capital to hold the planned event5, while allowing a contingcncy foi. uttforeseen ¢ircumstan¢es. In t]ie opinion of the Trustee5 this is currently approximately £5.000. The unrestricted free ieserves as at 31 August 2025 ale £12,231, and exceed OUT reserves policy. Th¢Tru5tees regularly r¢view the appropriateness of the res¢rv¢s policy with regard to the currei?t ¢nvironment in wliicli the Charity operdtes. Risk Manogemcnt- princip21 risks and uncertainties The ITustec5 are responsible for the identification, mitigation andlor managernent of risk. They have a risk managernent strategy which comprises.. A review of principal T15ks and uncertairtties that the charity faces at each board meetin8.
