Action for Happiness is a charity which promotes mental health and wellbeing, through the provision of information, evidence-based resources, public events, educational services, training and community activities.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity, Which Are For The Public Benefit, Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:1) The Advancement Of Health, Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Forgoing, To Promote Mental Health And Well-Being And To Assist In The Prevention, Treatment And Care And Education Of Persons Currently Or Potentially At Risk Of Suffering From, Mental Health Issues Or Any Illness Or Social Isolation Relating To Such Conditions And To Educate Others In Respect Of Such Issues;2) To Advance The Education Of The Public In Subjects Relevant To Mental Health And Well-Being Related Issues.3) Any Other Charitable Purpose Which Shall Be Selected By The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion From Time To Time.
