Rotary Club of Tameside Trust Fund (Charity No. 1175132) known as Tameside Rotary 

**Trustees:** Manhar Taylor (President) Peter Holden (Secretary) John Schofield (Treasurer – part year) Andrew Williams (Asst. Treasurer) and Mike Glover (Vice President) 

## **Objectives:** 

Governed by the Trust Deed dated 9[th] October 2017 and Supplement Deed of Trust dated 8[th] January 2019. For the Relief of the poor and needy or such other charitable purposes as the club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct. 

## **Comments:** 

Our main three fund raising events Charity Golf Day, Tameside Beer Festival and Christmas Float were held. 

We purchased with the support of a Rotary Foundation Grant a mobile baby incubator for Ukraine. We supported Willow Wood Hospice, Go Dharmic and Our Kids Eyes as our main charities. In addition, we made donations to over 40 organisations, the majority of which are based in Tameside.

## **Financial Figures:** 

Our aim is to make similar value of donations as to our net income in each year. This year we had an income of £27.7K an expenditure £2.1K and made donations of £32.6K. **Assets:** None except minor fund raising support  materials.
