The trustees present Iheir report with the financial siatements of the charity for the year ended 30 April 2025. The

Worldwide Souls ResioTation Church as a registered charity organisaiion in the United Kingdom
continue to fijnctioii purely within the scope of its chariiable status since its inception and regisiration
in April 2013.
Operations
The church coiitinue5 to engage iii the propa¥atioii of the Christian reli¥ion to the local, natioiial and
iiiternational conimunities within Manchester and it5 environs.
As a charity, the church supports..
Projects and goals which are aimed at relieving the effect of poverty on the less privileged, as well
as bridging the links among the diverse people of our comn)uniiies.
Future strategy and policy
The trustees are satisfied that the charitv has sufficient recourses to maintain its current aciiviiies
and hope thai Ihe congregation will grow and increase naturally with time.

STATEMENTOFTRUSTEES RESPONSIBILITIES
Tl)e trustees a re responsible for preparing tl)e Report of the Trustees and the financial statements in accordance with
applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accout)ting Practice.
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales. the Charities Act 2011, and the provisions of the trust deed
requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial vear which give a true and fair view of the state
of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources: including the income and
expenditure, of the charity for that year. In preparing those financial statements, the trustees are required to
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
observe the methods and principles in the Charitv SORP.,
make jud¥ymeiit5 aiid estimates that are reasonable and prudent-
prepare the fiiiancial Statements on the going concern basis unless It is inappropriate to presume that the charity
will continue iii busines5.
The tTUStees are responsible for keeping proper accountin¥ records which disclose with reasonable accurac), at any time
tl)e linancial position ol. the charity and to enable ihen) to ei)sure that the finai)Lial staten)ents comply Nwith the Charities
Act 2011 and the provisions of Ihe trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the chariry
and hence for taking reasonable sieps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
The rrustees are responsible for the mainienance and integrity of the corporate and financial information included on the
Charity Conimission website. Legislation in the United Kingdom governing Ihe preparation and dissemination of
financial statements niay differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.

I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended JO April 2025. which are set our on pages 5 to 9.
Respective re5ponsibilitie5 of tru5tee5 and examiner
Tl)e trllstees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The tnistees consider that an audit is not required for this
year uiider section 14412) of the Charities Act 2011 {the 2011 Act) and that ali independent exaniination is needed. l am
qualified to vnd¢rtake the examinaiion by being a qualified member of ICAEW.
Having satisfied myself that the Chariry is not subject to audit under Charity law and is eligible for independent
examinaiion, it is my responsibility to..
examine the account5 under Section 145 of the 2011 Act,.
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Direciions given by the Chariry Commission under section
14i(5)(b) of the 201 l Act; and
to state M'hether particular niatters have come to my attention.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Ac£ounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the hisiorical cosi convention and in accordance wilh the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effeciive April 2008}, the Charities Aci 2011 and the
requirements of ihe Staiemeni of Recommended Prnctice. Accouniing and Reporting by Charities.
Incoming resourees
All incoming resources are included on the Statement of Financial Activities when the charity is legally entitled
to the income and the amouni can be quantified wilh reasonable accuracy.
Resourees expended
EXpeiidi￿re is accounted for on an accruals basis aiid has been classified under headiiigs tliat aggrcgate all cost
related to the categ50ry. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headingss they have been allocated
to activities on a basi5 consistent with the use of resources.
Tangibl¢ fix¢d assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful
life.
