This was purely based on the polls conducted during the meeting and every member had equal chance of becoming a trustee. A charity trustee who has served for **three** consecutive terms may not be reappointed after an interval of at least **one year** . The trustee reappointment is carried out in the same way as the initial appointment. ## _Governing document_ Our charity is registered with CIO (registration no. 1175110) and is governed by its governing document dated 20[th] of January 2018. 4 **Debre Selam Medhanealem Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church Cardiff Charity No:1175110** ## **___________________________________________________________________________** ## - Review of activities from 15/09/2021 14/09/2022 The organisation has been holding a weekly service every Sunday, where the gospel is preached to the members to ensure they have a great understanding of their faith. A number of holy masses have been held for special occasions such as weddings, christenings and funerals exclusively for the members. To date, there have been 4 weddings and 25 christenings. A separate service have been allocated for our youth and children to learn about their culture, language and religion. Additionally, the trustees have been assigned the task of searching for a church to buy.
