These are members of the church and active in the community, lead by example, respected the law, and are highly regarded by many. Trustee selection methods Trustees are selected through open internal recruitment, (eg. appointed by, elected by) assessment are based on commitment to our purpose, knowledge, skills and experience required to be a Trustee. In addition, Trustees have to demonstrate proven qualities ie leadership skills, pastoral support and serving in the ministry/community.

-
Productive Year for TAAC UK . • We have worked with our neighbouring church in supporting food aid,
-
• Providing financial support for families who fosters and care for children in need
-
• Providing food to the homeless and those desperately needing it.
-
• Weekly coffee mornings for those in the community via zoom in 2020, sharing the word of God with them and having online and social fellowship and connections
-
• Supporting food distribution in the local community during covid-19
-
• Sharing in fellowship on zoom with other church families
-
• Providing financial support to the disadvantaged and bereaved in our church and local community
-
• Supporting families from the community who have experienced death during covid-19 and sicknesses.
-
• We have also improved on the resources in our church to ensure that our worship is inclusive to all. Breaking down barriers and blockages in communication.
-
• We have provided counselling, coaching, and mentoring for those who request it. We now run an online and in person service since March 2020.
-
• Our Trustees and the volunteers have worked really hard to ensure that TAAC is active in the community and supporting the needs of the membership.
During the height of covid-19 our membership online was reduced. Since the lockdown has been lifted, although not everyone had returned in person, we have additional community members attending.
We work in a dual role in that home fellowship and communion has now become part of our worship as a number of our membership are housebound, struggled with long term sickness and are absent. This does have an impact on our financial stability, so we find that our donations have reduced.
Helping those in need is a demonstration of our faith. We have a mission team that helps with needs both locally and internationally. We have supported children in need in Africa, Caribbean. Supported projects such as Missionary Jesus course, Too Good To Go for those people who cannot afford to buy food due to the costof-living increase, Operation Forgiveness in schools, Big Winter Sleep out and Wrap up to recycle old coats to keep others warm.
We had joint service with our Baptist neighbours in East Dulwich. Every 4[th] Sunday we have our missionaries leading and we are involving the youth more in service.
It was a great honour to recognise our Bishop and Evangelist who have worked tirelessly to support the community and our neighbours.

We had a big baptism service earlier this year with over 12 people baptised as well as an engagement. We encourage our community to celebrate and give thanks to God throughout their life journey, for those who celebrated marriage anniversaries, weddings, christenings and new birth. We support and mourn with those who have lost love ones and continue to pray for them and their families.
We gather at church early to set up and for those who want to have private prayers.
We plan our activities for the whole year to enable everyone to get an opportunity to share and live out their faith in the way they wish to fellowship.
We have spent a lot of time developing how we share our service using virtual media and visual aids. We have many feedback that the service is more engaging and easier to follow. We respect people’s time.
We have several planning meetings to ensure that our delivery is relevant and that we are impactful as a charity.
