The Church has a leadership team, all Trustees are part of the How the charity is constituted (eg. trust, association, company) church leadership. These are members of the church and active in the community, lead by example, respected the law and are highly regarded by many. Trustee selection methods Trustees are selected through open internal recruitment, (eg. appointed by, elected by) assessment are based on commitment to our purpose, knowledge, skills and experience required to be a Trustee. In addition, Trustees have to demonstrate proven qualities ie leadership skills, pastoral support and serving in the ministry/community.

On-going teaching on good values, Godly principles, serving in the ministry, community involvement, networking with other churches/initiatives, ability to work flexible, accountable and responsible.
Attendance to bible teaching via zoom during lock down and in person when the restrictions were lifted. Applying the Word of God in their daily lives and opportunities to shares examples of this. Weekly coffee mornings and prayer meetings via zoom during lock down and in person when the restrictions were lifted. The charity continues to provide weekly virtual activities.

To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the statement of beliefs in the constitution in the Summary of the objects of the UK or elsewhere. Mainly, but not exclusively, by the holding of charity set out in its prayers, meetings, lectures, Christian celebration, producing governing document and/or distributing literature on Christian belief to enlighten others about our faith.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
2020-2021 have been productive for TAAC .

We have worked with our neighbouring church in supporting food aid, and homeless, both virtually and in person when restrictions were lifted.

Providing financial support for families who fosters and care for children in need

Our funding comes mainly from our membership, giving their finances and time to support our objectives and the community.
We rely mainly on the goodwill of our volunteers and those wishing to improve the lives of people within our local communities. Our church membership largely fund the charitable work that we do.
We have friends of TAAC who support our work with their time, attendance and donations.
