Respectlve responslbllltles The charity's trustees are responslble for the preparation of the accourrts. The
of trustee5 and examlner charityes trustees considerthat an audit is not requlred for this year under section
144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent
examination is needed.
It is my responslbllity to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charltles Act,
to follow the procedures lald down in the general Dlrections gNen bythe
Charlty Commlsslon (under section 145(5){bl of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent My examlnatlon was carrled out in accordance wlth 8eneral Dirertions glven by the
exomlnerfs ststemént Charity Commls5ion. An examlnation Includes a revlew of the accountln8 records
kept by the charfty and a comparison of the accounts presented wlth those
records. It also include5 consideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures in the
accounts, and seeking explanatlons from the trustees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evldence that would be required
in an audlt, and consequentty no opinion is given as to whetherthe accounts
present a 'true and fairf view and the report is limited to those matters set out In
the statement below.
Independent examlner's In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention
statement l. which gives me reasonable cause to belleve that In, any material respect, the
requirements:
