For the benefit of the inhabitants of Winchester and its surrounding and
neighbouring Districts, to assist in the provision of facilities for recreation
or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such
facililies by reason of their youlh, age, infirmity or disablement, financial
hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large
in Ihe interests of social welfare and with the object of improving Ihe
condition of life of the said inhabitants.

Fundraising to enable the replacement of Ihe decrepit and no longer fit
for purpose summer-only crickel pavilion serving the two community-
access crickel pitches in Winchester's North Walls Recrealion Ground
with the year-round multi-sport pavilion designed for us pro bono by the
Winchester architectural practice AR Design Studio.

The benefits oflhe charity's work, both to the new pavilion's users and to
wider Hampshire society, will only come about when we reach our
fundraising target, targeting 2024125 for construction to start in the same
year.

As stated in Section D, the objective of the tharity is to raise fvnds to pay
for the build of the Winchester Pavilion. As such. there a￿ no day to day
