**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT WHICH DEVELOP AN INDIVIDUAL’S CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCES, UNDERSTANDING AND EMPLOYABILITY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING IT AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COURSES, PROFESSIONAL MENTORING AND EMPLOYABILITY ADVICE TO BENEFICIARIES WITH THE AIM OF FACILITATING THEIR INTEGRATION INTO A PROFESSIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE “BENEFICIARIES” ARE DEFINED AS PERSONS GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND PERSONSSEEKING ASYLUM AND PERSONS WHOSE INCOME IS BELOW 60% OF THE MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME, BASED ON THESURVEY OF INCOME POVERTY IN THE UK CALLED HOUSEHOLDS BELOW AVERAGE INCOME (HBAI).
