The charity's Iruslee5 consider that an audil is not required for the year ending 31 August 2024 {under seclion 144 of Ihe
Charilies Act 20111 and that an independent examination is needed.
Raspèctive responslbllltles of trustees and examiner
We report to the trustees on our examination of the accounts of the above charity ("Ihe Trust.) for the long period ended 31
August 2024.
As the charily's trustees, you are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts in acGordancè with the requirements of the
Charities Act 2011 { Ihe Act.).
We report in respecl of our examinalion of the Trust's accounts carried out under seclion 145 of the 2011 Act and In carrying
out our examination, we have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5)<b)
of the Act.
Basls of Independent oxaminer's statement
Our examination was carried out in accordance with Genèral Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examinalion
Includes a review of the accounling records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounls presented with those
records. It also includes consideration of any unusual ilems or disdosures in the accounls, and seeking explanations from the
Iruslees concerning any such mallers. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence Ihal would be required in
an audit, and consèquently I do nol express an audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent examlner's statement
The charity's gross income did not exceed £1,000,000 nor ivs gross 8ssels exceed £3.26million and we are qualified to
undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Ihe Inslilule of Financial Accounlanls.
We have completed OLrr examination. We confimi Ihal no material matters have come to our attention in connection wilh th8
examination which gives us cause lo believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance wlh section 130 of the Charilies Act,. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements conceming the form and content of accounts sel out in
the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulalions 2CKJ8 other than any requiremenl that the accounts give a 'lrue and
fail view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
We have no concerns and have come a￿0$$ no other matters in connection with the examination lo which allention should be
drawn in Ihis report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts lo be reached.

The nursery aims to provide all children who are

f ree good quality care and education f or chi Idren
f orm 3 months to school age f ollowin9 the statutory
requirements of the EYFS and OFSTED.
We also support fami lies who are working and have
no access to public f unding with breakfast and after
nursery provision to care f or children f rom 8 am -

We have opened a 6 place baby room within the
nursey and supported their f amilies as they leave
their young child in our nurturing care, while ensuring
