TO MAKE THE CHURCH MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY THROUGH PROVISION OF COMMUNUITY FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES, SOCIAL WELFARE SUPPORT AND THROUGH HERITAGE EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS.
Objects: A. For The Benefit Of The Public To Maintain, Repair, Restore, Preserve, Improve And Enhance The Fabric Of The Church Of Leigh Including Its Monuments, Fixtures, Fittings, Furniture, Stained Glass, Ornaments And Other Chattels And Its Churchyard.b. For The Public Benefit, To Promote The Benefits Of The Inhabitants Of Leigh And Surrounding Areas, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants;c. For The Public Benefit, To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Heritage Of The Church And The Local Area By Providing Information On Its History And Architecture.
