IN PARTIVCULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) BY:-A)ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A MUSEUM OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION AND PRESERVATION OF FOOTBALL MEMORABILIA AND OTHER ITEMS OF EDUCATIONAL AND/OR HISTORIC VALUE OR SIGNIFICANCE.B) COLLECTING, COLLATING AND ARCHIVING DOCUMENTS OR OTHER MATERIALS (IN WHATEVER MEDIUM)OF EDUCATIONAL AND/OR HISTORIC VALUE OR SIGNIFICANCE WHICH SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AND PROMOTING THE PERUSAL AND USE OF SUCH MATERIALS FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES.

**Activities:** To advance the education of the public at large to the heritage and history of Charlton Athletic FC by providing access to the Museum located at the Valley, Charlton SE7 and eventually an online resources, by providing information in responses to queries and writing articles in print and social media and collecting, collating and cataloguing items, in whatever form, related to the football club.
