Trustees annual report

Year ended 31 July 2025

1. Legal and administration

International Christian Mission UK ('ICM UK') is a registered charity (No. 1174879) and a Charitable Incorporated Organisation ('CID') whose principal address is Flat 34, Butterfly Court, Bathurst Square, London, N15 4FA.

2. Governance and management

There are currently four trustees;

Marivaldo Lima;

Girlania Lima;

Osvaldo Silva Guilherme Martins;

Joaquina Nandimba Martins

The trustees meet regularly to make sure that the activities of and the decisions of the CIO are made in accordance with its constitution of 22 September 2017. The objectives of the CIO are defined at section 4 of that constitution as;

To advance the Christian religion principally (but not exclusively) in Leeds and West Yorkshire in particular for the benefit of the Portuguese speaking community through the holding of worship and prayer meetings evangelising and providing pastoral support to that community...

3. Achievements

The attached documents show that ICM UK has performed well in the period to which this report relates and has met with its objectives as set out in its constitution and summarised at (20 above. Funds have been raised through tithes, collections and other events.

4. Financial review

The financial performance of ICM UK for the period in question has been strong with a reasonable system of record keeping and financial controls and a good relationship with donors (being

principally those members who regularly attend its worship services). It is expected that those members will continue to support ICM UK in the future.

5. Future plans

ICM Intends to continue to operate in broadly the same manner over the forthcoming financial year.

Report. Myexamination was carried outinaccordancewith the General Directionsgivenby the Charity
Commissioners.Anexamination includes areviewof the accountingrecordskept by thecharity and
acomparison of the accounts presented in those records. Italso includesconsideration ofany
unusual itemsor disclosures in theaccounts, andseekingexplanations fromyouastrustees
concerningany suchmatte rs. TI1eprocedures undertaken do not provide all theevidence thatwould
be required ina statutory audit, and consequentlyIdonotexpress an audit opinion ontheview
givenby theaccounts.
