**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF GENDER EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY(A) PROVIDING SUPPORT TO ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE YOUNG WOMEN, TO STUDY SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHS (STEM)(B) ORGANISING CONFERENCES, SEMINARS, RESEARCH AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES(C) INSPIRING AND SUPPORTING YOUNG WOMEN TO FULLY DEVELOP THEIR EDUCATION, SKILLS AND TRAINING SO THAT THEY CAN MAXIMISE THEIR POTENTIAL(D) PROMOTING THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF WOMEN AND YOUNG WOMEN AND SO PROVIDE ROLE MODELS FOR THE WIDER COMMUNITY(E) WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND VOLUNTARY GROUPS TO ACHIEVE AND DELIVER THE ORGANISATION’S PURPOSE

**Activities:** We  promote gender equality & diversity   by working in partnership to: Provide support to encourage & enable young women, to study science, technology, engineering and maths (stem); organising conferences, etc & other educational activities;  Inspiring & supporting young women to fully develop their potential; promote achievement of women &young women & promote  them as role models
