**Objects:** CHARITABLE PURPOSES2.1 The charitable purposes of the Company shall be the support, care welfare and wellbeing of people with a learning disability centred around (but not exclusively to or within) the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and adjoining or neighbouring boroughs and in particular:(a) the creation and provision of activities, courses and workshops in which such persons may partake, all such objectives and activities to enable such persons to live and develop meaningful lives in their local and wider community and in the way and manner of their individual and respective choosing; and(b) the establishment running and maintenance of retail and hospitality premises to support the charitable purposes.2.2 The above purposes are the Company’s charitable purposes for the purposes of the 2011 Act. For as long as the Company is a registered charity, its purposes may only be altered with the prior consent of the Charity Commission and in accordance with any conditions attached to such consent.

**Activities:** Activities - offering a wide range of on-going and one-off activities for people with learning disabilities.  Volunteering - providing opportunities for volunteers  to work in our small retail shop selling local artist work and providing work experience for people with learning disabilities.  Mentoring adults with learning disabilities.  Running support workshops.  Other work experience options.
