The charity is run by 3 Trustees. In February 2023 Stand Out For Autism commenced activitie5 and launched a campaign to raise funds to purchase and convert a bus into a mobile sensory unit. Between February th 2023 to 5 April 2023 donations were received in the sum of £2,164.57 and the expenditure totalled £898.58. The charity is dedicated to establishing a community that provide5 SUPPOrt to people living with autism. Our aim is to raise awareness, provide support and create a community. Stand Out For Autism wants every person on the spectrum to feel as a valued member of society and we aim to be able to create, build and establish further resources and activities by working with the autism community in our local area as the need and interest arises. The object of the Charity is to improve the quality of life of people with autism land related conditions) and their families through the development, delivery and promotion of activities and support which improve their health, education, and social welfare. The Trustees have complied with the duty to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the Charity Commission in exercising its powers and duties.
