Expenditure £51,366. Net Gain £2,467.` - `Total Funds on 30.04.22 £223,146 of which cash £68,566.` ``` 3.2TheAssociationisinasoundfinancialposition.Thepolicyonholdingreservesisasfollows: Unrestricted fundscanbeusedinaccordancewiththecharitableobjectivesatthediscretionofthetrustees. Restricted fundscanonlybeusedforparticularrestrictedpurposeswithintheobjectsofthecharity.Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes. ``` ``` 3.3. In terms of the Constitution - ``` ``` Themembersorthecharitytrusteesmayatanytimedecidetoappointanewcharitytrustee,whether in placeofa charitytrusteewhohasretiredorbeenremoved,oras anadditionalcharitytrustee,provided there are no more than six trustees at any one time. ``` ``` 4.3As permittedbytheConstitution,wehavedelegatedthemanagementofSurreySquashtoa Committee.
