A timber frame building was<br>erected in March (Phase 1) and internal<br>works are nearing completion (Phase 2).<br>This has involved a number of members<br>and non-member volunteers with trade<br>experience, completing much of the work<br>ourselves. Other volunteers have helped<br>with painting and other tasks. The final<br>stages (external storage shed,<br>landscaping) will be completed in the next<br>period.<br>Winter seminar programme: six talks were<br>provided to members (others planned for<br>the springer were curtailed due to the<br>COVID19 pandemic)<br>Beginners courses: 30 beginners<br>participated in the course this year – which<br>moved online from March, with adjustments<br>made for practical sessions (1-1 mentors in<br>place of group sessions)<br>Taster sessions: 40 people attended<br>COVID19-secure taster sessions in August<br>2020|

come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of Ihe Charities Aci; or
the accounts did not eccord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
conceming the form and content of accounts set out in the Charitles
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
