**Objects:** 1) TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND AND THOSE WHO HAVE SUBSTANTIALLY DEFECTIVE SIGHT2) TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE.

**Activities:** Supporting  Blind  and  Visually  Impaired  persons  in  the  area  of  East  Cheshire.  Maintaining  Resource  Centre  of  specialist  equipment.  Advice  and  help  on  visual  difficulties.   Social  and  recreation  activities  provided.
