TOTPX £27,950 £16,51X £15,450 enln Recel ts Payments balance I've fofeca5ted ￿ceIpts to match pawnents which Is extremely positNe durin8 this period of finanical uncertainty. This includes investing in 2 QRMW 8azeebos to enable us to stsnd out at public events. We receNed a very generous anonymous donation towards them. I've also factored in the fantastic fundraising 5UPPOrt from Stu and his triathon and mwc friends, Wendy and Marco from the Crown and Anchor, and Bobby Davro. Forecasting a budget is always challerrging so I've called out some of my thoughts below whkh helped me make some 'educated' predictions l assumptions: As all costs have risen $0 have our fundfalsin8 Costs so I've budgetted heavily for this Special events to be £2.250 more primarily due to the purchase of 2 new gazebos I haven't budgetted to purthose new QRMW merchaThlise. I've also reduced the receipts by £750 as we have limited stock and opportunities to Sell merchandise

Supporting veterans in need is core to our values so I have again budgetted heavily for this £l,tXX). l appreciate we often support veterans in other ways rather than just financially. but I do feel irs important to have a robust budget for this ATTACHMENTS Financial Year report Financial Year Detsil report Detail report- Receipts Detsll report- Payments Annual Budget l Juty 2022- 30 June 2023 Independent audlt examlnatlon report SIGNED: DATED.. 31.
