THE PROVISION OF FUNDING TO SUPPORT RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS OF TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON RESEARCH INTO TREATING SUCH CONDITIONS; ANDB. THE PROVISION OF SUCH GRANTS, ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT TO IMPROVE ROAD SAFETY.
