Objects** The objects of the Association are to promote the objects of the Riding for the Disabled Association incorporating Carriage Driving, a charity registered under Charity Number 244108, by providing disabled people with the opportunity to ride and/or carriage drive, to benefit their health and well-being in the Eden area. 

## **Activities & Achievements** 

During the year the group has carried out its objects. 

The Eden Group offers riding to about 30 children aged from 5 – 18 years of age from local primary and secondary schools, and 10 adults from the Edington Centre and Aspire. All sessions take place during school term time at the Rookin House Trekking centre in a purpose built arena, with access to outside riding facilities in the Summer if desired. The chief coach is Gina Martlew, assistant coaches are Jackie Woodrow, Jane Taylor, Marion Arter & Lulie Hothfield. Regulatory assessments are maintained by all coaches. Volunteers are drawn from a wide range of the local community.
