Objectives and Activities
The Objective of All Inc Trampolining is the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for trampolining for people who have a disability. To achieve its objectives the club offers coached sessions in trampolining to people who have a disability and an opportunity for them and their families /carers to socialise. Sessions take place in Sheffield on Saturday mornings during school term times and are led by qualified coaches supported by other volunteers.

Structure, Governance and Management
The club is a charitable incorporated organisation under a constitution adopted in September 2017. The club is governed by its trustees who seek the views of participants and their parents in making decisions. Trustees are appointed for a term of one year by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. All trustees give their time voluntarily. We are continually grateful to all volunteers who spend many hours coaching and supporting participants and managing the club’s day to day activities. Without their valuable contribution we would not be able to function.
Achievements and activities during 2024
A year full of change and many challenges for us all. Our year began with the untimely death of one of our longstanding trampolinists, Oliver, a shock to us all and our heartfelt condolences were sent to his family. The club feels like a family and Oliver was no small part of that and shall be greatly missed. His family had paid subs up to September and asked that we keep the money as a donation to the club, which was gratefully accepted.
British Gymnastics introduced a new system of registration which caused some difficulties as each person had to register independently but eventually things settled.
Our hall booking system was also changed which also had some teething troubles.

One of our parents kindly took some photos of our participants, that we can use for publicity material, to be used at volunteer fairs etc.
One of our coaches Jess, has been trying to complete her level two qualification, British Gymnastics requirements for this are becoming increasingly difficult for our club due to the need to coach participants to a high standard, which most of our participants are not yet capable of. This has led to some delay in the coaches being able to take exams, having to find people willing and able to be coached is time consuming and hampers our club coaching progression and succession.
All inc committee decided to increase the subs to £20 per month from September to cover the increase in hall hire costs, our first increase in 5 years.
We attended the Sheffield Hallam university volunteer fair in October, to try to recruit more coaches/befrienders.
We received a grant of £2000 from sported to support the clubs hall hire for the coming year and this will allow funding to be allocated for training and trampoline upkeep.
October also saw the birth of Jazz’s baby. Isabella Ann Owen-Bishop – born at 2.58am on the 27/10/2024 weighing in at 7lb 4oz! Welcome Isabella.
British Gymnastics changed their criteria on coaching levels, yet again, and as a result Maggie was not accepted as being a level 2 coach, it was decided that Jazz would cover her under the rebound insurance that she has, allowing her to continue to coach.
Liz C has still not been replaced as treasurer for the club at the end of this year and we continue to look for her replacement.
In November 2024 I gave notice of wishing to step down from my position as Chair of All Inc.
After a lot of difficulties with school staffing availability, to allow the mechanics into the school, the trampolines were finally serviced.
November also saw the return of Jazz back from maternity leave and everyone got to hug baby Isabella.
We are hopeful that the next year will find us all healthy and happy.

Financial Review
The total income for the year was around £7000, a considerable increase on last year. This is, in the main, the result of a large grant of £2000 from Sported. Other factors are an increase in subscriptions from £15 to £20 pcm from September and an average increase in membership of around 3 members.
Expenditure of almost £6000 is weighted heavily by repairs to equipment of almost £2000. Encouragingly, there is no shortfall this year, the club ending the year with a surplus of around £1300. It should be borne in mind that we had very little expenditure on training this year which is unusual.
Total reserves as at 31/12/2024 were almost £12000 which is more than sufficient to cover our targets of approximately 3 months of activities (£3000) plus £3000 to cover trampoline maintenance.

All Inc Trampolining owns Equipment, in the form of trampolines and spotting deck, with a cost of £15k. The cost of this equipment is written off on purchase. Its estimated value at 31 December 2024 is £3.5k. All Inc Trampolining also owns T Shirts, the cost of which is written off on purchase.
